I don't think it'll be his last year. I think he'll coach 2 or 3 more seasons. However, I think it is time for Penn State to announce a succession
plan.
Do you think he'll coach beyond 2008? We Are...Penn State!

I do believe this is Paterno's last year. It seems the University wants to go outside the program (probably Shiano) for the next coach, JoePa Wants to
coach a few more years (How many?..Who Knows) and he would like someone in the program to be his successor... that is why they can't announce a succession
plan, the two sides can not meet!!

I think that maybe there is a slight chance that if we win the national championship he might retire. Since it is a stretch to see
us beating Ohio State away, there is probably not going to be a national championship invitation. So if I was a betting man (and I
am) I would bet that he will be here next year. Everybody can ignore what JoePa says but I think you can't and he won't.
