Wilmington (Del.) Concord wide receiver Justin Brown is already fairly familiar with the Penn State campus, having made three trips to Happy
Valley this spring. But he'll get another look around State College.
He would be a great addition to PSU's class of 2009.

Scout.com and Rivals.com rate him as a 4 star prospect. I think Penn State needs 2 more WRs in their class of 2009. PSU needs a couple of WRs who can play as
true freshmen in 2009.
